For the past years, Francoise is very much involved in captive studies, captive management, acts as a Board member in various insurance structure or startups dedicated to the insurance market. Former Risk Manager - VP Insurance in the Pharma industry, she also held various positions as CEO and Board Chairwoman of captives and life and non life insurance companies. She was Member of numerous professional associations and was on the Risk Management Honor Roll 2011 presented by Business Insurance at the RIMS. Françoise began her career in the nuclear energy industry as a Technical Engineer and after as a Central Cost Controller.
