Jim Knutson is Executive Director of the Employers Coalition on Health (ECOH) in Rockford, which is an organization of self-funded employers in northern Illinois formed to purchase healthcare services for their employees and family members. Previously, Jim served as a risk manager at Aircraft Gear Corporation, managing employee benefit programs. He has been a member of several business groups working on health care payment reform, currently serves on the Winnebago County River Bluff Nursing Home Board of Directors, and is a board member / immediate past chair of the Rockford Regional Health Council.
