Jason is one of the world’s leading experts in captive insurance company design and captive management. Jason has more than 25 years of experience in the captive insurance industry. He began his career as a financial auditor with a regional audit practice in England and moved to Bermuda in 1998 to begin his career in captive management. He joined B&B as a client executive in 2001, managing a portfolio of large-profile clients. Jason has extensive experience with all types of captives and all lines of business in all U.S. domiciles. Jason is a graduate of Bath University, England, where he earned a BS in Economics. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter. Jason is a frequent speaker at RIMS, CICA, HCIC, and WCF, and has spoken at VCIA and other trade conferences. Jason is a 3-time Risk & Insurance Power Broker for captives – 2019, 2022 and 2023
