Anthony Tropea is the Global Health Benefits Manager at Microsoft, where he supports the international, regional, and local teams with their health and risk benefits strategies, including all EB captive insurance programs outside of the US. Anthony’s expertise is in international benefits strategy & governance, captive insurance, and global wellness program design & implementation for large multinationals.
