Xavier has joined Solvay, an advanced materials and specialty chemicals company, in 2018 as Captive Manager and licensed executive, based in Luxembourg. Among other duties, he is in charge since then, to work on several projects like the implementation of Employee Benefits into the group captive. Before joining Solvay, Xavier has worked in several roles around captives and Alternative Risk Transfer with Zurich Insurance Company Ltd in Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands for about 17 years. He has a degree in Business Administration with specialization in finance from the IC HEC (Brussels Business School, Belgium). He is a Director of ECIROA’s Board (European Captive owner’s association) since 2018.
