Tracy Stopford is managing director of the NFP Risk & Insurance Strategy Collective (RISC), a specialty practice that provides a comprehensive range of tech-forward alternative risk, captive consulting, and ongoing captive management solutions. Ms. Stopford co-leads all operational and business strategy aspects of RISC as well as working to create innovative client facing technology and analytics that enhance clarity and value for clients-partnerships. Ms. Stopford has more than 25 years of global captive and risk management experience. She joined NFP from Willis Towers Watson, where she served as senior vice president and chief operating officer for North America and India operations. In this role, Ms. Stopford provided captive management expertise and operational support to the global practice. Tracy graduated from Trinity College of Vermont with a B. A. in Accounting. Tracy also holds an ACI (Associates in Captive Insurance) designation from ICCIE, is an active participant on various committees and associations within the captive industry.
